Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mental Game Supply. We're committed to providing high-quality products and a fair, transparent returns process.

Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU and Finnish consumer protection law.

Exception for Opened Supplements: Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, this right of withdrawal does not apply once a product's protective seal has been opened, for health and hygiene protection reasons. If your order arrives with its seal intact and unopened, you may return it within the 14-day period for a refund.

Refund Timing: Where a refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw or return the item, in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we encourage you to contact info@mentalgamesupply.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund. This is a practical guideline only and does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law regarding non-conforming goods, which may extend beyond this period.

Order Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order — we can only make changes before it has been processed for shipping.
